Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This policy explains how Abdeliza Paradise (“we”, “us”) handles personal information, including information submitted through our Partner Programme application form at abdeliza.com/partners.

Information we collect

When you apply to our Partner Programme we collect: your name, email address, phone number, country and city; your partner type (Real Estate Agent or Individual Promoter); for agents, your agency name, registration number, regulator, years of experience, website and any registration document you upload; for promoters, your channel, audience size, channel link and audience location; your preferred payout method; how you heard about us; your promotion plan; and your consent choices. We also record basic technical and campaign details such as the page address you applied from and any referral or UTM parameters.

How we use it

We use this information to review and verify your application, to contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your application and the programme, to agree commercial terms, to issue and track your personal affiliate link and commissions, and to keep records of our dealings with partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Applications are stored and processed in our customer relationship management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel, operated for us by Zento Tech LLC), and our website is hosted on WordPress. These providers process data on our behalf. Where your data is transferred outside Kenya, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Verification of agents

We may check your registration details against the public register of the relevant regulator, such as the Estate Agents Registration Board in Kenya. We do not approve an agent on an uploaded document alone.

Retention

We keep application and partner records for as long as needed to run the programme and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Unsuccessful applications are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. To exercise these rights, email partners@abdeliza.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
