Who can apply?

Licensed real estate agents and agencies, and any individual promoter such as YouTubers, influencers, online promoters and community connectors. Choose the path that fits you. Agents must prove their registration.

How much commission will I earn?

Commission is agreed in writing for each partner type before any link is issued, so there are no surprises. Rates and payout timing are in the partner agreement we send on approval.

When do I get my link?

After you are approved, we contact you and agree terms. Your personal link is issued once that agreement is in place. Please do not promote the project before then.

How are my referrals tracked?

Your personal link tags every enquiry that comes through it. Sales are confirmed by our sales team, and commission is calculated on verified sales only.

Can I quote prices or make promises to buyers?

No. Share only approved material and send serious buyers to our sales team, who handle pricing, offers and legal documents.
